• Universities New Zealand has the statutory authority to investigate and act upon issues relating to the quality and integrity of qualifications offered at New Zealand universities. • We usually will only investigate claims where the individual complaint and appeal processes of the relevant university have been fully exhausted.
• International students are advised to check the Pastoral Care of International Students Code of Practice which is available in a number of languages from the NZQA website.
