• Universities New Zealand has the statutory authority to investigate and act upon issues relating to the quality and integrity of qualifications offered at New Zealand universities. Please see our website for more information about our role and processes
• We usually will only investigate claims where the individual complaint and appeal processes of the relevant university have been fully exhausted.
• International students are advised to check the Pastoral Care of International Students Code of Practice which is available in a number of languages from the NZQA website.
